Clean place with great view over the skyline to the ocean. Neat room, a nice shower, and a jacuzzi bath in the room. - Plenty of food at the free and delicious breakfast. - Marvellous and lovely setting, near restaurants and pubs. - My favorite property in Seminyak.

We stayed there twice: a few days around new years eve and 14 days later, at the end of our trip. The hotel just opened a few days before our first visit, so everything is brand new. That what counts most in an hotel: the beds! Super comfortable. Next the swimming pool up on the roof: nice views over seminyak and the sea. Very friendly and helpfull staff. And on top of it all: great breakfast!

One small remark: The hotel has a very nice design but one of the consequences of that design is that is isn't completely dark in the room during the night.

Friendly staff that goes out of their way to help guests. Excellent location surrounded by pubs, cafes, markets, and souvenir shops.

The hotel was wonderful, the staff were courteous, incredible experience overall. Trendy rooms and delicious and amazing breakfast available. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the location was marvellous. Speedy check-in and late check-out, parking on-site. Everything good.

Comfortable and nicely decorated rooms with a TV and a cozy sofa - perfect for chilling 🛋️. the staff here is friendly and super helpful.

Staff are eager to please and smiling but still have a way to go! Hotel is very clean and has a nice contemporary look. Location is ideal, couldn't be any better if you want to be in the centre of town.

Staff that mean well but still need a lot of training! This hotel is new and so teething problems are to be expected but there were no many instances where staff were completely incompetent with the exception of the manager and restaurant manager. With (lots of) training this place has potential. Also odd bathroom arrangement glass wall to bathroom with flimsy blind so not much privacy to do your 'business'. Lousy design, looks good but impractical!

The place was clean with exceptionally kind staff at the reception desk. Our room had fantastic decor and was beautifully designed. - We were pleased to have a mini-bar and a safe. - the location was amazing and fantastic, right by the best restaurants, bars, and nightclubs, the beach, and the main shopping strip of Seminyak.

The spacious room with a jacuzzi, outdoor bar, and delicious breakfast make this place a great choice.

The rooms here are stylish and kept very clean, equipped with a bar, and have curtains and mirrors, all located centrally within walking distance of bars and restaurants.

The customer service was exceptional from the moment we arrived until we left. the hotel rooms were spacious, well-lit, and comfortable. - the location near the clubs was fantastic.

The stay was amazing for a Bali vacation, meeting expectations with delightful and beautiful rooms featuring a jacuzzi bathroom.
